Information you provide

If you submit a quote request, the form may collect your delivery ZIP code, desired date and time preference, container size, intended use, name, phone number, email address, referral source, and any details you choose to add. Please do not include sensitive personal, financial, or medical information in the optional note.

How quote information is used

Information in a quote request is used to review the request and communicate with you about it. A request is not a confirmed booking, delivery, or final price.

Form and website service providers

When you submit the quote form, the information is sent to Formspree for processing and is retained in the Formspree account. Formspree’s handling of submitted information is subject to its Privacy Policy. Retention and deletion of submissions may depend on Formspree’s service and account settings; this notice does not state a fixed retention period.

This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers; Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.

If you accept analytics, this site loads Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and site interactions. Depending on the Analytics property settings, those events may include page views, scrolls, outbound clicks, downloads, and form or video interactions. The Google tag’s user-provided-data collection is disabled, and the site does not intentionally send individual quote-form answers to Analytics. Storage in your browser

Before you submit, quote-form draft answers may be saved in this browser tab’s session storage so they can remain available while you complete the form. The site also stores your light or dark display preference and analytics choice in your browser’s local storage. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. If you reject analytics, the Analytics tag is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to submit a quote request. If you have a question about information you submitted, or want to ask about a correction or deletion, contact Lok Box Storage using the contact details on the main page. Formspree may also hold submitted information, so requests involving its records may be subject to its policies and account controls.
